I have regular reviews for chronic illness and I find the Practice satisfactory on all counts. The Practice Nurse, Dee Young is very cheerful and efficient, and I quite look forward to my sessions with her. Since I no longer work full time, it is generally easy to get an appointment, but I know that it can be more difficult to get one early or late in the day to minimise loss of time from a full time job.

Dee the travel nurse who I saw today was brilliant and so friendly. When I arrived to reception I booked an appointment with a doctor to begin 15mins after my travel appointment. The receptionist who booked my doctor’s appointment failed to check me in for my doctor’s appointment so I had to wait for half an hour in the waiting room as people with appointments after me went before me, which then made me very late for work which was not so great!

An appointment can usually be arranged within a week for a particular doctor , sometimes less . Reception is busy but the ladies are very helpful and the automated appointment system works well although it did lose my records at one point and I had to re-input my data . Appointments are invariably on time and the doctor never makes one fell rushed .
